VitaFlow IV and Hydration offer a membership program to individuals. The main benefit of having a membership is that it provides the member with cost-effective treatments in a simple, affordable manner. The membership structure is set up to auto-pay for the duration of a contract so that members bypass the payment process during visits to make for a swifter and smoother customer experience.

Infusions available with Silver Membership: Athletic Recovery, Exhaustion and Fatigue, Migraine Relief, Cleanse/Detox, and Allergy Relief.
Infusions available with Gold Membership: All Silver infusions in addition to Myers' Cocktail, The Glow, Energy Boost, and Immune Support.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
A valid ID and credit card are required to enroll in a VitaFlow IV Hydration and Health monthly membership.

Membership contracts are a six month agreement and will auto-renew every month with your signed consent. VitaFlow IV Hydration and Health reserves the right to charge a $95 cancellation fee.
Membership benefits do not roll over from month to month; they must be used within the monthly period.
Appointments at VitaFlow IV Hydration and Health are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your weekly or bi-weekly services in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time, and service provider.
Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offer, package discounts, coupons, or gift certificates.
To cancel your membership, please provide VitaFlow IV Hydration and Health a 30 day written notice.
